Service Availability: We strive to ensure that our services are available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and reserve the right to suspend or terminate services as necessary.

  1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Illegal Activities: Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Harmful Content: Uploading or transmitting any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
